Until now, ice machine cleaners were nothing more than low tech phosphoric acid. Our Viper Ice Machine cleaner is formulated with an advanced blend of organic acids that will remove more scale faster than any other product of its kind. It is a stronger acidic cleaner and is lower in toxicity, non-fuming, less corrosive and environmentally preferred over phosphate based chemicals.

- Remove ice from bin.
- Switch machine into cleaning mode.
- Slowly add 8 oz of cleaner for every 250-300 pounds per day of ice production
- Circulate for 10-30 minutes depending on scale load.
- Discard spent water and rinse machine 3 times.
- All Done!
